Video: The Muppets Congratulate on Royal Baby
Movie

The viral video of 'Muppets Most Wanted' sees Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy offering congratulations for Prince William and Kate Middleton.

AceShowbiz - The Muppets apparently want to take part in the historic celebrations of the royal baby. In a viral video of "Muppets Most Wanted", Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy send a congratulatory message on the set of the movie to new parents Prince William and Kate Middleton. "From the Muppets and everyone here in London shooting our new movie, congratulations," Kermit says.

The short footage sees the two characters bantering with each other. The video message turns out to be hilarious as Miss Piggy says, "Kind of makes you want to have a royal child of your own ... can't you just hear the little pitter patter of tadpole feet?", while her partner only responds, "Tadpoles don't have feet."

The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to the baby boy on July 22 in St. Mary's hospital, London. Following the arrival of the heir to the throne, world leaders and celebs have congratulated the first-time parents. Among the well-wishers are President Barack Obama, Ellen DeGeneres, Kelly Osbourne and Cheryl Cole.

"Muppets Most Wanted" stars Ricky Gervais, Tina Fey, Tom Hiddleston and Christoph Waltz. It is directed by James Bobin, who also works on the script alongside Nicholas Stoller.

In the story, the Muppets find themselves wrapped into an European jewel-heist caper headed by a Kermit lookalike and his dastardly sidekick while on a grand world tour. Disney will release the film on March 21, 2014.
