The judge dismisses the lawsuit launched by Greenhouse's owners, reasoning that the fight didn't happen at the club and they can't sue whenever a brawl happens.

A lawsuit filed by Entertainment Enterprises, the company behind Greenhouse nightclub which is adjacent to W.i.P where and were infamously involved in bottle-hurling fight last year, has been tossed out by a judge.
