During an appearance on 'The Talk', Kris claims that Kanye lashed out at a camera man at LAX because he was sleep deprived and there was possibility that he was provoked.

AceShowbiz - Kris Jenner addressed Kanye West's tantrum at a camera man during an appearance on CBS' "The Talk" on Thursday, July 18. After watching a clip of Kanye's violent reaction at the man who complimented his music, Kris responded that the "Black Skinhead" rapper's outburst was due to sleep deprivation.
On the Thursday episode, Kris also said that she was not there, so she would not judge Kanye's violent action. She added that people did not know what happened 15 minutes before the incident, suggesting that there was possibility of Kanye being provoked.
Last week, Kim Kardashian's lover was filmed coming out of his car with his staff at LAX. A TMZ reporter waited nearby and complimented the rapper on his music as he walked closer. The new father answered, "I appreciate that, but don't talk. Don't talk to me."
"I don't want to hear paparazzi talk to me or anybody I know. Don't talk to me at all and don't talk to anyone I know at all and tell everybody, never talk to anyone that anyone knows. Don't talk to themselves, don't talk ever again," he told the camera guy.
Kanye proceeded to leave, but he snapped when the camera man followed him and asked a question about a new collaboration between him and Jay-Z. The rap mogul reacted harshly by reaching for the man's equipment.
