A source says that the 'On the Floor' singer and her manager Benny Medina are going to 'divide up the space evenly' and move in with their family 'later this summer.'

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez and her manager Benny Medina are closer than ever. The duo reportedly have purchased a large property in West Hollywood and plan to move in together. A source told Life & Style magazine, "They are like family, so investing together and living together is natural to them."

The source said that Lopez and Medina "plan to divide up the space evenly." The source explained further, "Jennifer and her kids will be living on one side and Benny on the other." The new pad is "currently under renovation," but it is expected to be ready soon. "Work should be completed in the next couple of months and they will move in later this summer," the source said.

Medina, who is also the godfather to Lopez's children, helped launch the singer's career in 1990s. The duo went separate ways in 2003 before reuniting in 2008. Medina was present during Lopez's Walk of Fame ceremony in front of the W Hotel in Hollywood in June. Other than Medina, Lopez's co-star in comedy movie "Monster-in-Law" Jane Fonda, her boyfriend Casper Smart and rapper Pitbull were among the attendees.

The former "American Idol" judge recently made headline after she performed at a birthday party for Turkmenistan's president, Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, who was widely criticized for human rights violation. The mother of two later issued a statement, saying that she was not aware of the human rights issue and apologized. Human Rights Foundation recently reported that Lopez earned at least $10 million from performing for controversial leaders.
