AceShowbiz - Timbaland recently opened up about the feud he and Jay-Z once had. "Me and Jay fell out," he said in an interview. Timbaland claimed that the feud happened over "petty stuff." "It was not industry-related, it was more personal and I was wrong," Timbaland said.
The rappers are now on good terms and they have even worked together on Jay-Z's newest album, "Magna Carta... Holy Grail". In a new interview with Revolt TV, Timbaland revealed that he penned a song called "Sorry", which is dedicated to his longtime pal and collaborator.
"My verse I'm saying like, 'We copped the same Range. We talked to the same dames. Same things, same lane. Now we see each other, don't even speak... Accept my apology.' It's like a Tupac kinda s**t," Timbaland said of the song. "It's deep. It's pretty deep."
Timbaland said that he recorded the song with Keri Hilson. Keri was once accused of dissing Beyonce Knowles on her 2009 remix of "Turnin' Me On". "Keri actually tells a story about the whole Beyonce thing and how she was sorry about it because she really wasn't talking about Beyonce but other people," Timbaland explained.
"Sorry" will appear in Timbaland's upcoming solo album, "Shock Value III". The album will reportedly feature guest appearances from Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and Kanye West.
