The 'Fine China' singer is expected to return to court in August for a judge to determine if he has violated his probation terms or not.

AceShowbiz - A Los Angeles judge has revoked Chris Brown's probation stemming from his infamous altercation with then-girlfriend Rihanna. The decision was made Monday afternoon, July 15 after L.A. Country District Attorney filed a motion to remove the singer's probation following his involvement in a recent hit-and-run case.

Breezy, who was charged with misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run and driving without a valid license, was not taken into custody. He was released on his own recognizance, and the case will return to court in mid-August for a probation violation hearing. If he is convicted of violating his court terms, he could face up to four years in jail.

The singer vented his frustration on Twitter, "I did everything I was suppose(d) to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!" He added, "Love you Team Breezy. I hope people can actually see the truth" and "My cross is heavy but God gives me the strength to carry it."

Chris accidentally crashed his Range Rover into a Mercedes Benz while driving with his on-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran last May. He was accused of giving false insurance information and refusing to show his driver's license, allegations that he vehemently denied.

"I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene," the R&B star previously tweeted. "She contacted the cops thinking of a payday from Chris Brown when I followed the proper procedures.

According to a report by the D.A., Chris and the other driver pulled over after a crash at a red light. He reportedly denied the other driver his license and insurance. Instead, Tran claimed the car was hers and so she produced her driver's license. She also gave the other driver an expired insurance card for a Lamborghini.

They took pictures of each other's cars before parting ways, and the Mercedes driver said Chris got angry and called her names when she snapped photos of his vehicle.
