One of two L.A. photographers the NBA star flipped over this week apparently plans to file charges.

AceShowbiz - Regardless of the very calm and composed demeanor he showed while containing his rage when he thrashed an L.A. paparazzo's equipment on the streets of Hollywood last Wednesday, NBA star Lamar Odom will be slapped with a lawsuit for his behavior by his photographer complainant. The 33-year-old pro basketball forward allegedly also smashed a paparazzo car with a camera stand.
Although it wasn't clear which one between the two L.A. photographers who got in the way of the Clippers player would be filing charges with the city attorney, authorities said the case would definitely be pursued. Odom had apparently taken with him some of the damaged camera gear upon leaving the scene after flipping out, which was all captured on video.
As seen on footage shot during the incident, Odom was seen going through the stuff in one of the photographers' cars then throwing them into the middle of the street. Then he moved over to another car and smashed it with a metal bar, then gathered the gear scattered on the road and put it in his trunk which was then returned to its owner.
Odom was said to have snapped after the paparazzi nagged him about allegations he cheated on his wife Khloe Kardashian with a stripper. He had even calmly answered with "I would never cheat on my wife, that's why I wear my wedding ring" before eventually losing it.
