The former 'Baseball Wives' star no longer shares joint legal custody of her children after a judge grants her ex Kris Benson a full custody.

AceShowbiz - Kris Benson doesn't want his children near his ex-wife Anna Benson, after she was arrested Sunday, July 7 for trying to rob her former husband Kris Benson at gunpoint. Kris filed an emergency motion two days later in Georgia, asking a judge to strip her of custody of their kids.

Kris and Anna divorced in 2012 after more than a decade of marriage. They have three children together. A judge originally granted a primary physical custody of the children to her ex-husband with joint legal custody with her, but now her visitation rights have been revoked.

Anna, armed with a loaded gun and an expandable baton, forced her way into Kris' house and demanded $30,000 from him. She was arrested on the scene with a knife in her waistband, a bulletproof vest on her body and an ammo belt "that had several rounds of ammunition."

The former "Baseball Wives" star was charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault with a weapon, one count of criminal trespass, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

In his emergency custody request obtained by TMZ, Kris allegedly told the judge of her possible drug use in addition to her alarming bizarre behavior.
