GaGa reportedly pleads the court to seal 'sensitive, private, and personal' information, which is included in Starland/Fusari case, from public because it will inflict 'harm' upon her.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa attempts to stop certain information about her from being made public via a lawsuit between two people who discovered her. TMZ reported that the "Born This Way" singer filed a request to the court earlier this week, asking the judge to keep information about her, which is included in Starland/Fusari case, from being leaked to public.

"Sensitive, private, and personal" information about the 27-year-old singer, which was presented in the legal documents, may "inflict significant personal and professional harm upon" her if it's disclosed to public. GaGa added that she and Fusari were legally bound to a non-disparagement agreement between them to keep the information private.

GaGa's friend and former collaborator Wendy Starland sued the "Poker Face" singer's former boyfriend and producer Rob Fusari in 2010. Starland claimed that Fusari cheated her out of money she felt she was owed for her part in discovering GaGa. The legal fight is still ongoing, but GaGa is not involved in the case.

GaGa recently made it to No. 1 of Forbes' Most Powerful Musicians in The World list. The superstar beat fellow singers such as Beyonce Knowles and Madonna in terms of earnings, social media presence and press mentions. She earned approximately $168 million from her "Born This Way" tour despite her hip injury. In addition, she gained 38 million followers on Twitter and 58 million fans on Facebook.
