Los Angeles Kings center Jarret Stoll was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance after suffering a seizure at his home.

AceShowbiz - Jarret Stoll, a Los Angeles Kings center, sparked health scare July 3. The boyfriend of Fox Sports' host Erin Andrews suffered a seizure at his Hermosa Beach home and was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance to have some medical tests.

"Everything is OK. They've run some tests and they still had another one to run," Kings' general manager Dean Lambordi told Los Angeles Times. "The bottom line is that he's fine. Now the issue is what caused it. There are a myriad of things that can cause them."

There are no words on what caused Stoll's seizure yet, but he has history of head injury while playing on the field for a grueling NHL season. He once suffered a concussion after taking a hit from San Jose Sharks winger Raffi Torres in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinal playoff series.

The 31-year-old hockey player skipped the rest of that series to recuperate before returning in time for the first game of the conference final against Chicago.

Stoll and Andrews met through mutual friend, former NFL star Michael Strahan. "I was working the World Series this past year," she recalled, "it's like the fifth inning and I get a text message from one Michael Strahan. He said, 'Hey, can I give your phone number to somebody?' and I was like [eye roll], 'Oh, this better be good.' "
