The eldest son of Michael Jackson becomes the first family member who sits at the court and testifies for the King of Pop wrongful death trial.

AceShowbiz - Michael Jackson's 16-year-old son Prince Jackson delivered an emotional testimony during his father wrongful death trial on Wednesday, June 26. The teenager told the court about the last time he saw the King of Pop before his death.
"My dad was hanging half off the bed, and his eyes kind of rolled in the back of his head. My sister came upstairs, but we kept pulling her downstairs. She was screaming the whole time saying she wants her daddy," he told the jurors in quivering voice, as quoted by New York Daily News.
"I was waiting at the bottom of the stairs crying, waiting to go to the hospital," Prince said. Family members followed an ambulance carrying Michael to the UCLA Medical Center. Later, Dr. Murray went back to the family's rented mansion to deliver the bad news to the three children. "Sorry, kids, Dad is dead," Murray said at that time, blaming the death to heart attack.
Following his father's passing, Prince said that he and his younger siblings Paris and Blanket suffered greatly. "Nothing will ever be the same. I can't sleep at night. I have a hard time sleeping. For a while after he died, I became emotionally distant from a lot of people," Prince said, adding that Paris was heavily affected by their dad's passing. "Out of all my siblings, she was probably hit the hardest because she was my dad's princess. It really hurt her a lot. She definitely is dealing with it in her own way," he explained.
Besides telling the court about his father's last moment, Prince spent much of his 2-hour testimony to describe his doting father who kept beautiful memories with his children in photos and videos. He also said that his father had strong work ethic and was "excited" about "This Is It" tour.
Despite his excitement, Michael apparently had a hard time. The "You Are Not Alone" singer was left "upset" after having phone conversations with either AEG Live's CEO Randy Phillips or manager Tohme Tohme. "He would cry sometimes after he got off the phone. He would say, 'They're going to kill me. They're gonna kill me,' " Prince recalled. The teenager also witnessed a heated conversation between Dr. Murray and Phillips days before Michael's death, in which the promoter grabbed Dr. Murray's elbow.
Katherine Jackson sued AEG Live for $1 billion in damage, claiming that the promoter only sought for "massive profits" and neglected Michael's health and safety. Dr. Murray, who administered a deathly dose of Propofol for the singer to help him sleep, is currently serving 4-year jail sentence following his reckless action.
