AceShowbiz - AMC has released a poster for the final eight-episode run of "Breaking Bad". As if teasing what would be the show's legacy, the one-sheet features Bryan Cranston's Walter White standing confidently in the desert and clenching his fists, and carries a tagline which reads, "Remember My Name."

The crime drama series will return with the last episodes starting Sunday, August 11 at 9 P.M. ET/PT on AMC. To tide fans over the summer debut, the network has launched the Breaking Bad Name Lab application on Facebook, which will allow fans to have their names transformed with element symbols like the show's iconic logo.

Series creator Vince Gilligan once hinted that "there will be blood" in the final run, but "to my mind, that's not the most interesting thing. It's the emotional moments and the character moments." He further shared, "We've got some stuff that I think is going to be truly satisfying and truly shocking and jarring. It does not always center on moments of violence."

Gilligan recently also revealed that the show would salute "Star Trek" TV series. "We have a scene in the premiere where Badger [Matt Jones] and Skinny Pete [Charles Baker] discuss their version of what would be the perfect Star Trek episode," said the writer, who is a Trekker. "They have some very distinct ideas, enhanced by certain herbal products."
