Club Owner Denies Chris Brown Assault Claim, Says He Was Complete Gentleman

June 25, 2013, 2:43 am GMT

The owner of Heat Ultra Lounge fires back at the female complainant, saying she was the one who threw tantrum after repeatedly trying to get on stage with Chris and enter his VIP area.

Assault allegation against Chris Brown is debunked by club owner. A female clubber named Deanna Gordon, who was misidentified as Deanna Gines in the initial reports, filed a police report accusing the singer of assaulting her at Heat Ultra Lounge on Saturday, June 22. She was allegedly shoved to the ground, earning her torn ligaments in her knee.

Mike Joher, the owner of the late-night establishment, insists Chris was a complete gentleman and no such incident happened. "Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false," he says.

According to Mike, it was the woman who misbehaved. "We know that the claimant was trying to jump on stage and security was doing their job by keeping people away from Chris," the club owner details what happened over the weekend. "There was no way that he could have touched her, his section was roped off and he had heavy security surrounding him."

"Witnesses state that the she was persistently trying to rush Chris. She was eventually removed from the club. While security was escorting her off the premises, she took off her shoes and threw them at our security. In addition, she continued to cause problems with mall security in the common area and parking lot."

"This type of behavior is not tolerated and is frowned upon. Our last resort was to contact police and have her arrested. However, we allowed her to leave with the people which accompanied her. HEAT staff and security did what they had to, in order to ensure public safety and the safety of the artist. We have no reason to believe the allegations against Chris."

"He was a complete gentleman and remained professional throughout the entire night. Neither I, nor any of the witnesses we spoke to, saw him push or touch anybody. It is unfortunate that this matter has become an issue. These false allegations are tarnishing the venues reputation and is causing unnecessary problems for Chris Brown."

"HEAT will pursue legal ramifications for slandering our name and the artist. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you," Mike concludes in a statement to Gossip Cop.

Chris, who was infamously involved in a bloody altercation with then-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009, has also issued a statement through his representative to address the serious allegations, "Chris didn't do this. The club also says they are unaware of this happening. Everyone with Chris knows nothing about this."

"The girl has not come in in-person to The Anaheim Police Station and she would not go into details with the police regarding her injuries - she only told them that she was pushed. She said all of this over the phone. She also didn't call the police at the time she's saying the alleged assault happened."

"We're getting statement from the club," the rep adds. "Turns out this person was wasted and threw her shoe at club security so they started filming her for liability reasons. Trying to get that footage."

Chris himself tweeted a response on his Twitter, "Pleae (sic) stop with the false stories. I don't usually comment but I didn't do anything. Had a great show at powerhouse and a positive one."
