The first group to win U.K.'s 'X Factor' is now focusing on tracks for the follow-up to 2012's 'DNA'.

AceShowbiz - "The X Factor" champion Little Mix is currently working on their new album. Members Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock confirmed they were focusing on tracks for their next record.

"We are working on it at the moment," Nelson recently told The Shields Gazette. "We have been writing a few songs but because we are always back and forth from America, at the moment we don't know what we are going to do. We are just going to see what happens really."

Little Mix is the first group to win the U.K.'s "The X Factor". Their debut album, "DNA", was a huge success as it landed at No. 4 on Billboard 200 earlier this year. The chart success made them the first British female group whose debut album made it to the chart's top 5. They even managed to beat Spice Girls, whose debut album "Spice" entered the chart at No.6 in 1997.

"Just seeing the amount of fans that we actually have [in the US] is so overwhelming," Nelson said of their popularity in the U.S. "When we go to our signings, it's crazy - we feel like Justin Bieber when we go. It's crazy, and we've never felt like that before, and it's just amazing."
