Sources say that Charlie Sheen's ex-wife checks out of Betty Ford rehab facility and enters another rehab which 'will help her assimilate back into society.'

AceShowbiz - Brooke Mueller was admitted to Betty Ford Center in May to treat her addiction to prescription drug. She is now reported moving out of Betty Ford to another facility in Orange County which suits her needs.
Sources tell TMZ that Brooke has joined a detox program in Betty Ford, which worked well. However, she needs a rehab center which can help her restart her life so that she can go back to her children. Brooke and her camp reportedly claim that the rehab facility in Orange County will "help her assimilate back into society," while the Palm Springs, California facility is unable to do so.
Brooke, who probably will finish rehab in 60 days, hopes that she soon can get back the custody of her sons who currently live with Denise Richards. However, she may need to wait because Los Angeles County Dept. of Children and Family Services is reportedly prepared to block her attempt to regain the custody of the 4-year-old boys.
Children Services is said to monitor Brooke after she comes home to make sure that she stays sober and fit before getting back the custody of her young children. The father of the boys, Charlie Sheen, apparently agrees with the Children Services' decision.
On May 2, authorities removed Max and Bob from Brooke's home because the house was deemed having "unsafe environment" due to alleged drug abuse. A court hearing, which was scheduled later, decided to give temporary custody of the boys to Denise. It is not the first time for the mother of 3 girls takes care of the boys. She also took care of them when Brooke left for rehab in December 2012.
