The former Disney star joins the 'Blurred Lines' collaborators to sing their hit single on the stage at a Myspace relaunch party in California.

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus made an unexpected appearance on the stage when Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams were performing their hit single, "Blurred Lines", at Myspace relaunch party on Wednesday 12 June. Wearing a pair of baggy jeans, a black bralet and a black leather jacket, the former Disney star looked excited when she danced and sang on the stage.

Cyrus, Williams and Thicke were also joined by "American Idol" alum Leah LaBelle, a Canadian R&B singer who is signed to Williams' record label, I Am Other. "Big bro killed it tonight @Pharrell," Cyrus tweeted and mentioned the producer whom she worked together with for her upcoming album.

Other stars like Tyler, the Creator, JoJo, Melody Thornton, DIIV, Sky Ferreira, Ryan Hemsworth, Mac Miller, Iggy Azalea, Ciara and Asher Roth also attended the event. Myspace co-owner Justin Timberlake was seen sitting in the front row during the bash which took place at El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles.

The party was held to celebrate the relaunch of Myspace. The social media returns with a new focus on mixing social networking with music streams to help musicians, writers and other artists connect with a new audience online.

"Today more than ever there's this need for a creative ecosystem that kind of caters to the creative community and that's both a social network and the streaming services attached," said owner Tim Vanderhook of the relaunched website. "For us when we looked at it, we really talked to a lot of artists and ... they all said, 'I use all these various platforms but none of them really do what we need.' What they really needed, they explained to us, was a home."
