The 'Machete' actress' move from the Betty Ford treatment center to the Cliffside rehab center in Malibu has reportedly been approved by her lawyer, the prosecutors and the judge.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan leaves the Betty Ford Center for another rehab clinic. The troubled star is reported to have checked out of the treatment center near Palm Springs and entered the Cliffside rehab center in Malibu.

According to FOX411's Pop Tarts, the 26-year-old actress/singer endured "several problems" while being locked down in California's Betty Ford clinic. Sources say the District Attorney, the judge and Lindsay's lawyer have agreed that she completes the remainder of her 90-day sentence at another place.

Lindsay was ordered to 90-day lock down rehab, 30 days of community service and 18 months of mandated psychotherapy after pleading no contest to lying to cops and reckless driving stemming from a 2012 car crash.

She checked into the Betty Ford Center, where she was having an altercation with one of its female staffers back in 2010, in early May. Later in the same month, reports surfaced that she threatened to leave the facility because she's not allowed to take Adderall, which she claimed she needed because of her ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).
