The 'Almost Famous' star's diamond engagement ring was conspicuously replaced by the gold band, sparking the marriage rumor.

AceShowbiz - Actress Kate Hudson was spotted in Barcelona Monday wearing an intriguing gold ring, sparking rumors that she had already secretly wed her fiance, Muse's frontman Matthew Bellamy. Through her publicist, the 34-year-old film actress denied the gold band is already their wedding ring, although prior to that day, she was frequently seen showing off her nine-carat diamond engagement ring instead.
"It's not a wedding band, they have not gotten married yet," Hudson's rep refuted the speculations to the Daily Mail. The couple is in no hurry to wed anytime soon, with Hudson saying back in September that they would 'do it eventually" and that "I don't want to just do it" perhaps for the sake of their one-year-old son Bingham "but I want it to be right." Bellamy was more specific in terms of when, saying "hopefully next year" when asked about their wedding plans during the recent "World War Z" premiere.
Hudson and Bellamy seemed to be taking their own sweet time, especially as they lounged around the beach, enjoying their recent Spain vacation. While Bellamy was in a simple, laidback pair of pants with gray shirt, Hudson was ever so stylish in her black bikini that was discreetly topped with a sheer peach flowing dress, with sunglasses and flip-flops completing the look.
Hudson may be enjoying some family bonding time before she becomes busy again with her upcoming film commitments. She will soon be seen in HBO's TV movie "Clear History" this August and will next year star in two comedy flicks, "Wish I Was Here" with Zach Braff and "Born to Be King" with Ewan McGregor.
