As the latest sneak- peek for the new ABC series gives a look at random action scenes, a quick glimpse at the mysterious hologram figure becomes more prominent in it.

AceShowbiz - Summer has just begun, but ABC is already heavily promoting its new fall series, including the much-talked-about "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.". A new promo video for the highly-anticipated show was released during the NBA finals this weekend.

While it doesn't have new footage, the video draws the attention to a mysterious hologram figure who is briefly previewed in between the action scenes. Agent Ward (Brett Dalton) is examining the hologram, which is lifting what appears to be a chair.

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." was developed by "The Avengers" helmer Joss Whedon, who wrote and directed the pilot. It is set to air Tuesdays at 8 P.M. ET on ABC this coming fall season, but the premiere date hasn't been announced yet.

On the action/drama series, Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents from the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Together they investigate the new, the strange, and the unknown across the globe, protecting the ordinary from the extraordinary.

The team consists of straight arrow Agent Grant Ward, an expert in combat and espionage; pilot and martial artist Agent Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen); brilliant if socially awkward scientists Agent Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker); and Agent Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge). They'll be joined by civilian new recruit and computer hacker Skye (Chloe Bennet).
