TSA officers at Denver airport confiscate a light saber-shaped cane that belongs to the actor who famously plays Chewbacca in 'Star Wars' franchise.

AceShowbiz - Peter Mayhew was stopped by Transportation Security Administration at Dallas Airport. The 69-year-old actor wasn't allowed to board his plane after TSA officers tried to confiscate his over-sized light saber-shaped cane. "@AmericanAir won't allow me through the airport with me cane!" he told his 20,000 Twitter followers.

TSA finally allowed Mayhew and his light saber cane fly back to Dallas. After the incident, the 7-feet and 2-inch man expressed his frustration on Twitter, saying, "In the caffufel of the cane. Giant man need giant cane... small cane snap like toothpick... besides... my light saber cane is just cool... I would miss it."

Receiving supports from fans on Twitter, the actor went on tweeting a photo of him sitting on a wheelchair while a TSA officers holding his cane. Mayhew captioned the photo, "Magic words to TSA are not 'please' or 'thank you'.. It's 'Twitter'.. cane released to go home.."

Once he arrived at Dallas, Mayhew tweeted again to thank American Air for checking on him. He made it clear that it was TSA he had trouble with, not the airline. He said, "In Dallas. Thank you to @AmericanAir for checking on me. Problem was all @TSA. I'm a million-miler on American and they are a class act."
