The electronic dance duo's 'Random Access Memories' keeps the top spot for a second straight week.

AceShowbiz - Daft Punk's "Random Access Memories" extends its No. 1 standing in the Billboard 200 chart to two weeks in a row despite a 73|percent| drop in its sales with the 93,000 copies it moved this week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It leads the debut-rich top five, besting the new albums of Alice in Chains, John Fogerty and LIttle Mix.
With a distant 61,000 copies sold at the No. 2 slot is legendary rock band Alice in Chains' "The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here", their highest charting set since their 1995 self-titled album which arrived at No. 1. Selling 10,000 copies less than this week's runner-up is Creedence Clearwater Revival artist Fogerty's "Wrote a Song for Everyone", entering the chart at the third spot and making it the veteran rocker's best debut ever.
The last of three debuts this week comes from British vocal quartet Little Mix, with their album "DNA" settling for fourth place after selling a thousand copies short of Fogerty's 51,000 copies. Nonetheless, it's the highest debut ever for a British girl group's first album, even besting Spice Girls' album "Spice" which only managed a No. 6 ranking when it debuted back in 1997.
Rounding up the top five is Blake Shelton's "Based on a True Story...", re-entering the top ten from No. 16 as it went up by an impressive 69|percent| with 42,000 copies sold. It is likely boosted greatly by his "Healing in the Heartland" Oklahoma tornado victims benefit concert and his recent performance of new single "Boys 'Round Here" on "The Voice", where he is one of four mentors.
The second half of the top ten lists Darius Rucker's "True Believers" at No. 6, falling from No. 2 with 41,000, down 51|percent|, while "The Great Gatsby" soundtrack goes two places down from No. 5 to No. 7 with 36,000, down 33|percent|. Imagine Dragons' "Night Visions" takes the eighth place as it climbs back from No. 13, with 33,000, up 22|percent|.
Holding onto the ninth spot for another week is Justin Timberlake's "The 20/20 Experience" with 31,000, down 26|percent|, while Vampire Weekend's "Modern Vampires of the City" tumbles down from No. 7 to No. 10 with 29,000, down 40|percent|.
