Amy Adams' tenacious journalist hides crucial information from Daily Planet Editor-in-Chief Perry White in the video for the highly-anticipated flick with Henry Cavill as Superman.

AceShowbiz - Warner Bros. builds anticipation for "Man of Steel" with the release of its first clip. Unlike previous teaser videos, the footage does not see any appearance from Superman as it focuses more on Lois Lane with Amy Adams as the depicter. This time, the love interest of the fan-favorite hero gets in trouble with her boss.

Laurence Fishburne plays Daily Planet Editor-in-Chief Perry White, who is previewed talking sternly to Lane. Fans are left to guess what likely causes the heated discussion between the two, but a statement from White near the end of the clip might serve as a potential clue: "I believe you saw something else."

Zack Snyder directs the film for Warner Bros. It follows the caped hero, who feels alienated by powers beyond anyone's imagination and struggles with the ultimate question - Why am I here? As soon as he discovers his super abilities, Clark must become the hero known as "Superman," not only to shine as the world's last beacon of hope but to protect the ones he loves.

Henry Cavill recently shared a behind-the-scene story of Superman's iconic costume. "There was no fly," he confided to E! News. "There was no zipper. So it's just one of those things where you got to wait for the right time."

Despite the hard times, Cavill thought that the moment of being inside the suit was indeed "special." He gushed, "Every time you turn around and look in the mirror it's, you are Superman."

"Man of Steel" will fly to theaters across the nation on June 14.
