Michael Bay releases a teaser image of an upgraded, custom-built Western Star truck that will be a new vehicle form of the leader of the Autobots in the Mark Wahlberg-starring film.

AceShowbiz - Another teaser image for "Transformers 4" has been released. This time, 48-year-old Michael Bay unveils a first look at Optimus Prime of which appearance in the film will be completely new. Featured in the photo is an upgraded, custom-built Western Star truck that is set to replace a Peterbilt Model-379 as seen in 2011's "Transformers: Dark of the Moon".

Fans have previously been given the first look at unspecified Autobots. As Bay has started the production in Monument Valley in the Navajo Nation near the border of Arizona and Utah, two elegant rides were spotted on the set. Ready to make grand appearances in the film are a 1,200-horsepower Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse and a C7 Corvette Stingray.

The latest film in the "Transformers" film franchise will be headlined by Mark Wahlberg, who replaces Shia LaBeouf as the leading man. Said to be darker than its predecessors, it will have Kelsey Grammer, the five-time Emmy Award-winning actor, as the main antagonist.

Stanley Tucci, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Li Bingbing and newly-added T.J. Miller are set to support the action-packed film.

"Transformers 4" will open in the United States on June 27, 2014.
