AceShowbiz - A new trailer for the eighth and final season of "Dexter" has landed online, giving an extended look at Debra's emotional state after the death of Maria LaGuerta. Hitting a downward spiral, she turns to drugs and alcohol so bad that she's busted for DUI. At one point, drunk Deb says she wants to make an official statement, but what confession she's going to make remains a question.
Dexter has another thing to worry about with the arrival of Charlotte Rampling's Dr. Evelyn "The Psychopath Whisperer" Vogel, a neuro-psychiatrist specializing in psychopaths. Is Dr. Vogel going to find out that Dexter has no empathy or will Deb put a stop to her brother's dark passenger will only be answered when the new chapter airs starting Sunday, June 30, at 9 P.M. on Showtime.
Besides Rampling, added to the cast this season are Julian Sands as wealthy international businessman Miles Foster, Sean Patrick Flanery as Jacob Elroy who owns a private investigation company, Nick Gomez as hitman Javier Guzman and more. Yvonne Strahovski will also reprise her role as Hannah McKay.
