R'n'B crooner Miguel and pop punk group Fall Out Boy also stand out in the star-studded 102.7 KIIS FM event.

AceShowbiz - The Home Depot Center in Carson, California was filled to the rafters on Saturday, May 11 when top acts from the world of pop and rock music came to perform at L.A.'s top-rated radio station 102.7 KIIS FM's 2013 Wango Tango. The star-studded event featured the likes of current hitmakers Miguel and Jason Derulo as well as known reality TV talent competition celebrities Demi Lovato and Adam Levine who rocked the stage with his band Maroon 5.

Maroon 5, now becoming a regular act in the annual extravaganza what with their consistent appearance every year at Wango Tango, performed their dance hit "Moves Like Jagger". Lovato sang a handful of tracks from her "Demi" album set to arrive in a couple of days this coming May 14, which included the mid-tempo song "Give Your Heart a Break".

Other standout performances came from Miguel who re-energized the audience with his breakthrough hit "Adorn" after technical problems caused some delays, and Derulo who was introduced by her girlfriend, "American Idol" season six winner Jordin Sparks. Other artists who composed the line-up that night were Fall Out Boy, Afrojack, Avril Lavigne, Ariana Grande, will.i.am and Flo Rida.

One of the highlights of the event was the return of pop icon Britney Spears, who co-hosted with Ryan Seacrest and who welcomed the sold-out crowd with, "Are you guys ready to party?" Spears introduced the first act of the night Bruno Mars, a most fitting artist to open the show with a slew of his hits like "Locked Out of Heaven", "Just the Way You Are", "Money (That's What I Want)", "Billionaire" and "When I Was Your Man", which drew the biggest applause for Mars.
