The 'Heartless' hitmaker ran into a signpost as he walked with his head down to avoid paparazzi while house-hunting with his baby mama.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West got a bruise on his forehead when out and about with Kim Kardashian in Los Angeles Friday, May 10. The rapper's effort to dodge paparazzi that were hounding them backfired as he walked into a street pole and hit his head on his way out of a parking area with his baby mama.
The couple was reportedly house-hunting and planning to check out a home situated in Beverly Hills. Kanye, wearing all black from top to toe, ducked his head to avoid getting pictured by the shutterbugs and tried to rush past them but his walk came to a halt, no thanks to the metal parking sign.
The G.O.O.D Music rap mogul clutched his head in pain as Kim, with deeply-concerned look, grabbed his arm to see if he was OK. The pregnant reality star, who dressed her baby bump in stretchy trousers, low-cut vest and a long lace jacket, checked his forehead and reportedly kissed it to make it all better.
Some of the photographers also asked him if he was OK. The hot-tempered rapper who was not too pleased with the embarrassing turn of event seemed to be ready to berate them but he managed to calm down. "Stop taking f***ing pictures, man," he said before walking off without any incident.
They stopped by 9021 Pho, a Vietnamese eatery in the upscale suburb, after the house-hunting to grab a bite. Kanye, at one point, demanded a photographer to leave them alone. "Don't take another f**king photo, man," he confronted the paparazzo. "Don't take no photos! Stop it!"
