Twitter was flooded with messages reacting to the arrest of 2nd suspect in Boston bombings. The likes of , , and express relief, desire for justice and gratitude toward law enforcement after the arrest was made.

Milano congratulated the officers for their efforts, "I am so blown away by the police officers and all 1st responders in Boston. Awesome bravery. I salute you! #BostonStrong." Wilde added, "So goddamn relieved. Boston, I love you. May the bars stay open til dawn."

McCarthy also high-fived the cops, "Boston Police, FBI and all law enforcement... Thank you for kicking ass. #respect." Groban sent his love for people in Boston, "So happy that the brave city of Boston can breathe some sigh of relief tonight after being held hostage."

The entire city and suburbs were previously put on lockdown as the FBI tracked down the second suspect, identified as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev who is now in custody. The first suspect, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was gunned down in a police shootout in Watertown after he killed a cop at Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus.
