AceShowbiz - Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who plays Vice President on HBO's TV series "Veep", has just met the actual VP of the United States Joe Biden. "The VP & Julia Louis-Dreyfus of HBOs #Veep meet for lunch at the @Whitehouse," the 70-year-old politician tweeted. A tongue-in-cheek picture of her sitting at his desk in the Vice President's West Wing office was also posted online.
"This is a picture of two vice president's hard at work in the vice president's office in the West Wing," she says. "I came to have lunch with Vice President Joe Biden. I surprise him by sitting at his desk, so he thought he'd just ask my advice on various briefs he had to deal with. And I was happy to give him my advice, which he paid no attention to whatsoever--which is why he is such a wise vice president."
The 52-year-old actress also uploaded a picture of her outside the White House with a caption that read, "Outside the West Wing, bidin' my time before lunch with Biden." In another photo, she and Biden were smiling widely to the camera in the backseat of a car. "Thank u Mr Vice President 4 yummy lunch, unforgettable conversation,& groovy ride 2 an...undisclosed location!" she gushed.
