Justin Timberlake's '20/20 Experience' Keeps No. 1 Spot on Billboard 200

JT's new album is so well-received that it's looking to maintain its top ranking for a third week in a row.

With still a formidable 318,000 copies sold this past week, 's "" stays at the top spot in the Billboard 200 album charts for a second consecutive week. From being this year's biggest selling album, its two week gross of almost 1.29 million records sold makes it the only album thus far this year to sell a million or more copies.

With its impressive showing and a projection of at least 150,000 copies to be sold again next week, JT's new album could well be the first album this year since 's 2012-released album "Red" to spend three weeks in a row at the No. 1 spot. Even next week's expected top debut of around 110,000 to be moved by 's "" won't be able to dislodge JT's LP from the top of the charts.

This is exactly what 's "" experienced this week, with its big 217,000 debut. It is by no means a small achievement for the rap superstar and his second "Human" album but it is a hundred thousand copies short of taking the No. 1 spot despite being this week's top debut.

Country crooner and two-time winning "" mentor bags the third spot in the top ten this week with the 199,000 sales of his album "". This easily gives him the top spot in the Country Albums chart and his second No. 1 in that category after his 2011 LP "".

Next at the No. 4 position is 's "" which despite managing only a 60,000 result is still the best among the rest of the top ten. It's their second-best sales week following the 75,000 made by their debut album "" but is definitely better than their 2009 album "" (39,000 peak).

At No. 5 is 's "Precious Memories: Volume II" with 55,000, trailed by '80s popular band 's "" with 52,000. Despite a 34% gain, 's "" drops from No. 5 to No. 7 with 49,000, while ' "" also moves down two places from No. 6 to No. 8 with 47,000, again despite an even higher gain of 59%.

' "" suffers the biggest fall this week, tumbling down from No. 3 to No. 9 with 47,000, but still somehow increases its sales by 13%. ' "" rounds up the top ten this week with 41,000 units.
