NZK Productions reaches a win-win solution with Steve Carbone after he points out a loophole in their agreement initially intended to keep him from giving spoilers about the upcoming episodes.

AceShowbiz - It's "The Bachelor" producers against Steve Carbone again, but they have settled it out of court like before. NZK Productions sued the Reality blogger, once again, for breaching the settlement agreement they signed in the previous legal feud that placed him as a defendant for allegedly luring contestants, who have confidentiality pledges, into giving him scoops from the show.
In their 2012 agreement, Carbone was banned from contacting any cast, crew or employees of "The Bachelor" directly or indirectly for five years to come. However, it failed to explicitly mention that he is not allowed to be contacted by the cast, crew or employees.
In addition to presenting the loophole in the settlement, the blogger who constantly leaks information on upcoming episodes of the dating series including who's eliminated and who gets the final rose argues that NZK improperly uses the court system to interfere his First Amendment rights.
Both parties previously settled their fight, which was raised by the company around the 16th season, behind the close door and they have done the same in this new case. The two cases didn't take long enough to reveal who gave Carbone the inside information.
Terms of the latest settlement have not been revealed.
