"" has debuted its first red band trailer via MTV. Filled with some expletive-laden lines and graphic violence scenes, the video opens with Hit Girl beating up the titular superhero wannabe during their training session.

Continuing their mission to fight crimes on streets, they are joined by more people, including Colonel Stars and Stripes who is played by . Their former ally Red Mist, meanwhile, now turns into a foe as he wants to get revenge for the death of his mobster father, using The Mother F***r as his new identity.

After Kick-Ass' insane bravery inspires a new wave of self-made masked crusaders, led by the badass Colonel Stars and Stripes, our hero joins them on patrol. When these amateur superheroes are hunted down by Red Mist-reborn as The Mother F***r-only the blade-wielding Hit Girl can prevent their annihilation.

and reprise their roles as Kick-Ass and Hit Girl respectively, with returning as Red Mist who now becomes the budding villain The Mother F***r. Jeff Wadlow replaces Matthew Vaughn as a director for the "" sequel, which is scheduled to open wide in U.S. theaters on April 16.
