Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler to Reunite in New Romcom

The '50 First Dates' couple will work again with Frank Coraci, who once set them up as on-screen lovers in 'The Wedding Singer'.

will co-star with once again. They will play the leads in a new romantic comedy previously titled "" with Frank Coraci ("") directing and Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera providing the original script.

Barrymore's character will cross paths with Sandler's when they are stuck at the same resort with their respective children from previous marriages after having a disastrous blind date. Production for the upcoming movie is expected to begin sometime in May.

It will mark the third time Barrymore and Sander star opposite each other. They first teamed up in 1998's Coraci-directed romcom "The Wedding Singer" and became an on-screen couple once again in 2004's "". They helped both movies collect more than $100M worldwide.
