Alec Baldwin was accused of throwing racist remark to New York Post African-American photographer. The two men ended up filing harassment claim against each other. However, Baldwin denied making the racist slur via his representative, Matthew Hiltzik.

Hiltzik told CNN, "The accusations are completely false." He added, "That's one of the most outrageous things I've heard in my life." Baldwin also defended himself on Gothamist, insisting that he never uttered racist remark to the photographer, "If you want to put words in my mouth...I've certainly had my moments. But this is not one of them. I don't think I've ever uttered a racial epithet to someone in my lifetime."

According to New York Post, the incident started on Sunday morning, February 17 when the actor took his dog out for a walk. A reporter from the paper, Tara Palmeri, went to Baldwin and asked for his statement related to the lawsuit faced by his wife. However, Baldwin reportedly grabbed the reporter's hand and told her, "I want you to choke to death." New York Post claimed Palmeri recorded everything.

Baldwin was also accused of calling G.N. Miller, a former NYPD detective and New York Post photographer, "coon, a drug dealer" and others. G.N. Miller showed Baldwin his NYPD badge to prove his identity, but Baldwin said it was "fake." Police was called to Baldwin's home later. On the police report, Miller claimed that Baldwin bump on his chest, but Baldwin told the police that Miller "pushed into him."
