Grammys 2013: Adele Nabs Performance Award, Frank Ocean and Kelly Clarkson Win Album Awards

As the 'Skyfall' songstress, the 'Pyramids' hitmaker and the 'Mr. Know It All' singer grab their first award that night, Carrie Underwood and The Black Keys win another trophy during the live show.

After grabbing one prize at the pre-telecast show, another "Idol" alumna added another win when she beat out the likes of and for Best Country Solo Performance title for "Blown Away". Carrie won her first prize, Best Country Song, for the same track.

won Song of the Year for "We Are Young" ft. . Lead singer jokingly said when accepting the award. "We are not very young. We've been doing this for 12 years." The band had previously taken the stage to perform "Carry On".
