The 'Locked Out of Heaven' singer releases the visulas of his new single lifted off the 'Unorthodox Jukebox' album.

AceShowbiz - Bruno Mars premieres the official music video for his new single "When I Was Your Man", a cut from his latest album "Unorthodox Jukebox". The three-and-a-half minute clip was co-directed Mars himself and Cameron Duddy, who has also directed the videos for Mars' previous hits "Locked Out of Heaven", "The Lazy Song" and "The Other Side".
The retro-themed video brings the 27-year-old singer behind a grand piano decked with a half-empty glass of whiskey on top. Looking dapper in a casual suit and wearing a pair of his trademark aviator shades, he belts out the heartbreaking ballad, reminiscing on all the things he could have done to keep his lover. The simply-executed video embellished only with a generous amount of cross-fades, accompanies the emotional ballad written and produced by The Smeezingtons.
Prior to unveiling the new music video, Mars teased his fans about the imminent release on his Twitter account last February 4. The crooner tweeted a photograph that included a countdown clock for the "When I Was Your Man" clip premiere, with a simple one-word message "Soon" posted along with it.
Mars is set to perform with Sting and Rihanna this coming Sunday for the Grammy's 55th annual awards ceremony. His sophomore album "Unorthodox Jukebox" steadily remains in the Billboard 200 album charts seven weeks after it first debuted in the top 10, while its hit single "Locked Out of Heaven" is now in its sixth week in the Hot 100 singles chart.
