Chris Brown's Mom Allegedly Helps Fake His Community Service Hours

The L.A. County District Attorney is asking judge to reject Breezy's alleged Virginia community service hours because there's no 'credible, competent or verifiable evidence' that could confirm them.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown has allegedly faked documentations of the community service he was supposed to do in connection with 2009's Rihanna assaulting case. The L.A. County District Attorney believed the singer was actually doing concerts when he claimed he performed the court-ordered duty.

The judge was suspicious when receiving reports saying Breezy had completed 202 days of community service when he was only required to perform 180. In their investigation, the DA found no "credible, competent or verifiable evidence" that he had done what the court asked him to do.

In his reports, Breezy allegedly did manual labors like painting, washing windows, waxing floors, cutting grass and picking up trash at Tappahannock Children's Center, where his mother was once a director. A key administrator, however, told the DA she never saw Chris working at the Children's Center.

According to TMZ, the DA claimed Chris' mom was responsible for orchestrating his work at the center outside of normal operating hours. The investigators also believed Chris had a prior relationship with the Chief of Police in Richmond, VA., Bryan T. Norwood who sent the bogus community service reports to the judge.

Chris' lawyer Mark Geragos allegedly told the probation officer there's court order that Chris' community service be transferred from the probation department to the police chief. The attorney also "instructed" the Richmond P.D. on how to "handle" questions from the investigators.

The Richmond P.D. admitted they only monitored Chris on 9 or 10 occasions. The detective assigned to oversee his community service was told she did not have to continue supervising him at the Children's Center. The times, location and types of duty were provided by Chris' mother.

Furthermore, the Administrator of the Children's Center reportedly tried to coach the floor-waxing worker on what to say to the D.A. investigators, but he refused to lie. Against the administrator's request, the guy told authorities that he was the only one who waxed the floors for the past 3 years.

The investigators concluded that Chris' documentation was "at best sloppy ... and at worst fraudulent reporting." Therefore, the DA is asking the judge to reject his alleged community service hours in Virginia and make him to fulfill his obligation in L.A. County instead.

In addition to being ordered to do the community work, Breezy got five years of probation and one year of domestic violence counseling after pleading no contest to a felony battery charge stemming from his altercation with RiRi. He's allowed to do his community service in Virginia where he maintains a residence, instead of Los Angeles where he got sentenced.
