Lady GaGa's Former Assistant Offers Her Side of Story in Court Depositions

Jennifer O'Neill insists she did her job as a personal assistant to GaGa quite well, doing mundane things for her and sleeping with her because she didn't like to be left alone.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa's ex-PA denied the singer's accusations that she didn't do her job as an assistant. In court deposition, Jennifer O'Neill claimed she was at the Mother Monster's beck and call 24/7 helping with everything including sharing the same bed with GaGa because she did not sleep alone.

"I was by her side virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week," O'Neill said as quoted by New York Post. "That includes sleeping in the same bed with her because she did not sleep alone." When asked if sleeping with GaGa was "required" as part of her job, she said, "I felt it was," but didn't make any suggestion that they had any kind of sexual relationship.

"Unlike anybody else on that tour, I did not have my own hotel room. I was not asked if I wanted my own hotel room," she claimed. "I had no privacy, no chance to talk to any family, no chance to talk to any friends, no chance to have sex if I wanted to have sex. There was no chance to do anything."

"She was quite irate that she couldn't reach me on my phone a couple of times, and was quite angry and asked me why she was paying for this hotel room if I was unreachable," O'Neill added. The things she did for GaGa included personally heating up her food, hand-delivering her diet food sent overnight from California by the Sunfare meal-delivery service.

"Another thing she would do in the middle of the night, would be wake me up to have me change the DVD in the DVD player because she didn't want to watch that DVD anymore and she couldn't get up to walk across the room to change the DVD herself," so she testified.

The one time O'Neill got her hair cut, GaGa allegedly kept interrupting her by making several demands. "She might have said I need some tea, I need - can you get my computer for me, can you get my phone, my battery is dead, I need a tampon, the toilet doesn't flush," she said.

Jennifer accused GaGa of owing her $393,000 in unpaid overtime, but the singer argued, "I never paid her overtime the first time I hired her, so why would she be paid overtime the second time?" "I'm going to give all the money that she wants to my employees that work hard for me now that deserve it," GaGa stated.

In her own deposition, the "Born This Way" hitmaker slammed O'Neill who worked for her from 2009 to 2011 for being a "f***ing hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn't earn." She added, "In my work and what I do, I'm the queen of the universe every day" and "made it clear" that "I expect you to be working and to be available 24/7."

On Twitter, GaGa added, "Everyone's headlines need an updating. 'former assistant' is actually 'my best friend from NY since I was 19.' Painful stuff."
