The 'Girl on Fire' hitmaker will go on a North American concert tour with neo-soul artist Miguel.

AceShowbiz - Alicia Keys is set to go on a concert tour across North America in support of her latest album "Girl on Fire". Aptly titled "Set the World on Fire", the 24-city concert tour that features R'n'B-soul artist Miguel as the opening act will kick off on March 7 in Seattle, Washington and end April 18 in Chicago, Illinois.

"I can feel the energy of this upcoming year building and I couldn't be more excited to go on tour with the new album and I'm thrilled to have the insanely talented Miguel join me," Keys gushed in a statement released to the press.

" 'Girl on Fire' has been such an empowering and freeing experience for me as an artist. I can't wait to discover how the new and familiar faces I see on tour embrace the music and the journey I've taken."

Miguel, who just finished "The Chapter V Tour" with Trey Songz and Elle Varner, returned the compliment by saying, "I love Alicia because whether it's 5 or 500,000 people she's performing for, she exudes this hypnotic honesty and a transparent artistry." He said, "I think that's what this tour will be remembered for the most."

The six-week long tour will take Keys to renowned venues such as the L.A. Staples Center, The Mandalay Bay Center in Las Vegas, The Toyota Center in Houston, The United Center in Chicago and New York's Madison Square Garden. She's set to perform her latest hits from "Girl on Fire" and "New Day", which she both sang onstage during the just-concluded People's Choice Awards. Both tracks are featured on her latest album which has re-entered the Billboard 200 charts this week.
