It has been reported that Sofia Vergara suffered a major wardrobe malfunction during a New Year's Eve celebration with her fiance Nick Loeb at new Miami Beach club Story. A picture that captured the mishap has now surfaced, confirming the embarrassing story.

The "Modern Family" actress is pictured falling on the ground and a male clubber is seen holding her two hands in what looked like an attempt to help her up. Unfortunately for her, the strapless dress she wore slipped away, giving the crowd a full view of her breast.

For the night out, the Gloria Delgado-Pritchett depicter wore an edgy Mason dress that consisted of a black leather low-cut bustier and a blue silk long dress. She reportedly tried to break a fight with people at a table nearby but ended up being shoved and pushed to the ground.

The incident didn't put damper on Sofia's spirit to continue enjoying the holiday though. On December 3, she flashed smiles as she sunbathed with Nick. She flaunted her famous curves in a black one-piece swimsuit, while he was shirtless displaying some scratches in his neck, chest and legs presumably from the scuffle.

She also gushed on Twitter, "Gracias To the @jamesroyalpalm we had a wonderfull time in Miami. @slmiami best party place thanks Pavan!!!"
