Comedienne Jenny Johnson Doesn't Regret Twitter Feud With Chris Brown

The comic says, 'I've had people assume I dislike Chris Brown because I'm taking up for Rihanna, I'm not. I'm on the side of good, of equality and respect for my fellow woman.'

A few days after her war of words with made headlines, Jenny Johnson has finally spoken up about the Twitter feud. In a long statement released to GQ on Friday, November 30, she said she's not sorry for what happened and just wanted "to clear some things up."

"This is not an apology," Jenny stated. "My first thought following my Twitter exchange with Chris Brown on Sunday was to ignore it until it went away." She also said that she didn't expect that the feud would be such a long-time debate and caused her to gain so much attention. She thought it would go away after a day passed.

Receiving calls for interviews and becoming a subject of discussion on "", she felt uncomfortable. "I didn't want attention from all of this. If I wanted attention, I would have accepted all of the invitations to be on shows and to actually give exclusive interviews, but I declined all of them," she explained.

The funny lady said that she didn't "regret what I did, but I will say I have learned from it." Hitting with many death threats from Team Breezy, she revealed the way she saw herself, "I am NOT a victim of anything, nor have I ever thought I was."

Clarifying an assumption that she hates Chris, she insisted, "I've had people assume I dislike Chris Brown because I'm taking up for , I'm not. I'm on the side of good, of equality and respect for my fellow woman." She then tried to cool down Chris' fans, saying, "Don't worry Team Breezy, your hero is still on Instagram under the handle F**kYoPictures. #Classy."

She additionally explained the aim of her tweets, "My Twitter account is meant to be funny." She continued, "While there are truths behind a lot of the things I write, in no way, shape or form are they meant to be seen as anything other than the words of a comedy writer."

The vulgar war of words started when Jenny tweeted, "I know! Being a worthless piece of s**t can really age a person," in response to the "Dont Wake Me Up" singer's tweet, "I look old as f**k! I'm only 23...."

Shortly after they shared some more vulgar tweets, Chris deleted his Twitter account. It caused his fans to get angry and unleash death threats to the comic woman. One of "The View" hosts, , called the feud a verbal rape. Meanwhile, said that both persons went too far.

In other news, the "Look at Me Now" singer can breathe a sigh of relief since Miami-Dade County State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle decided that he wouldn't face criminal charges for allegedly grabbing a woman's cellphone. In a memo released by Katherine, it's stated that there's no evidence that Chris wanted to steal the phone or to eliminate any photographs in it.

The girl reportedly tried to take his picture in front of Miami Beach Club on February 19 but Breezy snatched the phone and threw it out of his limo. It was then picked up by Devon Blanche, head of security of rapper . Devon tried to figure out the owner of the cellphone and took it with him to Atlanta during the rapper's tour.
