Movie

Radcliffe's devilish character is seen telling reporters to fight one another in one scene, and burning down a hotel in another.

AceShowbiz - A first on-set footage of Daniel Radcliffe's upcoming thriller "Horns" has gone online. Coming out via Entertainment Tonight Canada, the video gives a few first glimpses at Radcliffe in his action as a devilish young man with horns sprouting out from his forehead.

There's a scene where Radcliffe is mobbed by reporters who want to interview him. The "Harry Potter" actor then tells those journalists to fight one another and the one who wins can have an exclusive interview with him. In another scene, there's a glimpse at a burned down hotel, possibly as a result of Radcliffe's evil power.

Through "Horns", Radcliffe promises that his fans will see him like never before, saying that "there really isn't anything like Horns." He adds, "It is very dark, but it is very very funny." The British thesp goes on admitting that he has "a lot of knowledge about devil as it turns out" and it helps him secure the lead role in the film.

The blue-eyed actor also dishes on his character's ability to hear people's thoughts, claiming that it will be scary if he has that power in real life. "Oh God, it would be awful... shows the true capacity of awful thoughts that we have on a daily basis," he says.

Radcliffe plays Ignatius "Ig" Perrish, a 26-year-old guy who awakens from a black-out hangover to find horns sprouting from his head. As his horns grow bigger, Ig sets out to investigate the unsolved murder of his girlfriend and the case's connection to his cursed fate.

Directed by Alexandre Aja and written by Keith Bunin, "Horns" is also supported by Max Minghella, Juno Temple, Joe Anderson and Kelli Garner. The film still hasn't got a U.S. release date.
