Though hinting that the sequel project might still be developed despite her personal issue with Rupert Sanders, Kristen states that 'no one's positive or anything.'

AceShowbiz - Kristen Stewart teases some good news for fans who are expecting her to return to the "Snow White and the Huntsman" sequel. While her fate in the franchise remains unclear following her headline-grabbing cheating scandal with the film's director Rupert Sanders, Kristen hints that there's still a chance the sequel will be greenlit with her taking the leading role.

Asked by The Hollywood Reporter to spill some updates on the potential Snow White and the Huntsman sequel project, Kristen answers, "No one's positive or anything." Still, she stresses, "But I think there's a strong possibility."

Back in August, THR reported that Kristen was dropped out of the fairytale franchise following her much-publicized scandal with Rupert. Universal Pictures, however, brushed off the report as stating that the 22-year-old actress was still attached to the franchise.

"We are extremely proud of Snow White and the Huntsman and we're currently exploring all options to continue the franchise," so Universal Co-Chairman Donna Langley said in an official statement. "Any reports that Kristen Stewart has been dropped are false."

The upcoming sequel reportedly will focus more on Chris Hemsworth's Huntsman instead of Snow White. Rupert might still be attached to helm the possible Huntsman movie. However, the film must find a new screenwriter since David Koepp has decided to exit the project.

Kristen will very soon be seen reprising her role as Bella in "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" as well as portraying free-spirited young girl Marylou in "On the Road". Most recently, she's reported to be in talks to join Ben Affleck in a con artist movie called "Focus".
