Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Toby Keith Win Early 46th CMA Awards

Two of the twelve categories have revealed their winners ahead of the Thursday, November 1 evening ceremony.

AceShowbiz - Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw and Toby Keith were early winners of the 46th Annual CMA Awards. On Thursday, November 1 show of "Good Morning America", the country singers were announced as the recipients of awards' kudos ahead of the live ceremony on Thursday night.

Chesney's duet with McGraw, "Feel Like a Rockstar" snatched the CMA Musical Event of the Year, while Keith's "Red Solo Cup" won CMA Music Video of the Year. These are 2 of the 12 categories that will be acknowledged during the awards show which airs live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena Plaza at 8 P.M. ET on ABC.

Chesney still has two more chances to walk out with a prize. He is nominated for Entertainer of the Year and potentially sets a record for the most wins in the category. This year's biggest nominee is Eric Church who leads the list with five nods, including Male Vocalist of the Year; Album of the Year for Chief; and Single, Song and Music Video of the Year for his hit "Springsteen."

The 46th Annual CMA Awards will be co-hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. Chesney, McGraw, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum and Blake Shelton have all been tapped to perform at the ceremony.

The CMA Awards nominees and winners are determined by the more than 11,000 industry professional members of the Country Music Association, meaning winners are honored by their peers in the music industry.
