AceShowbiz - "Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham happily shows off her revamped face. On October 7, she got two procedures of plastic surgeries: a rhinoplasty and a chin implant. The surgery was performed in Bal Harbour, Fla. by Dr. Michael Salzhauer.

"So proud to debut my new face exclusively to @intouchweekly! Pick up the new issue & preview my plastic surgery here," Farrah tweeted her excitement on Wednesday, October 24.

The 21-year-old reality star revealed, "I've hated my nose since I was 13." Now that her nose is fixed, she has nothing to worry about anymore. "I don't have to hate anything on my face ever again," she said. "I feel gorgeous!"

To improve her physical appearance, the star had to spend a total of $21,000. $16,000 was spent on her face while $5,000 was paid for her breasts. In 2010, she underwent a breast augmentation surgery to change her size from A cup to C cup.

Farrah told the tabloid that she didn't regret anything, "I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it. There was pain. But it was very worth it." Asked about her daughter Sophia's reaction, the teen star already explained to the 3-year-old girl that "mommy wants to be a beautiful butterfly."

Aside from "Teen Mom", Farrah launched a memoir called "My Teenage Dream Ended" in August. Her book tells about her personal life which hasn't been seen on television. It reached the New York Times bestseller list.
