Jamie Spears is accused of physically assaulting Sam, while Lynne allegedly makes Britney's then-manager feel 'suicidal' following the release of her book.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears' ex-manager Sam Lutfi continued to testify Wednesday, October 24 in a hearing of the court battle between him and her parents. He claimed Jamie Spears confronted him in 2008 at Britney's home twice in the days leading up to her hospitalization at Cedars-Sinai on a 5150 emergency psychiatric hold.

"Jamie came barging into the house," Sam described one of Jamie's visits to Britney's house. "He lunged at me and chased me around the kitchen island. He was spitting, yelling, shouting at me, and said I had hurt his daughter and he was going to beat the hell out of me and I'd better get out of the house."

"He cornered me in the kitchen, punched me in the solar plexus and threatened to kill me," the manager continued retelling the alleged altercation. His lawyer, Joseph Schleimer, asked him, "How did it feel?" to which he replied, "It hurt." When asked what happened next, he testified, "I ran to the game room and locked myself in."

At one point, Sam described Britney's estranged relationship with her mother Lynne Spears. "Britney was upset that her mom was financially dependent [on Britney] and she wished she had her own way of making her own money," he claimed. He suggested jewelry business, but it was "torpedoed" by Britney after she had a fallout with her mom.

Sam sued Jamie and Lynne for defamation and Britney for breach of contract. He denied all allegations made by the parents that suggested he drugged the singer and blocked her from them and the outside world. He said he felt "depressed, anxious and suicidal" after Lynne published her book that portrayed him as a master of manipulation.

He wrapped up his testimony dramatically with tears when describing the aftermath of the release of her book. "After the book came out, there was a huge spike of death threats that were pretty bad. People I know were shunning me. Websites were created to kill me. People wished I was dead. People wished my family...," he trailed off before crying.

Jamie and Lynne watched from across the courtroom as Sam gave his testimony under direct questionings that were constantly interrupted by Britney's lawyer with repeated "Objection. Leading. Lacks Foundation." In response to the assault claim, the attorney insisted Jamie did no such thing to Sam. He only touched the manager on the chest.
