The 'Just the Way You Are' hitmaker showcases for the first time the soulful ballad and delivers an energetic rendition of 'Locked Out of Heaven' on 'Saturday Night Live' stage.

AceShowbiz - Pulling double duty on "Saturday Night Live" October 20, Bruno Mars debuted new track "Young Girls" from his upcoming album "Unorthodox Jukebox". Accompanied by a soft-and-slow keyboard, he sang the soulful ballad on a dim-lit stage.

Enlivening the show, he also performed "Locked Out of Heaven", the first single off his second studio installment which is due December 10. The R&B artist had his back-up singers and some of the band members performing choreographed dance to the energetic tune.

In addition to taking the stage as a musical performer, Mars served as a host in the latest episode of the NBC variety show. In one sketch titled "Sad Mouse", he portrayed an emotionally distraught guy who worked as a mascot in Times Square and found true love.

His most memorable role was perhaps Devon the Intern, a karaoke singer who helped Pandora FM fill out their show live when the station's server died. He impersonated the voices of Michael Jackson, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day.
