In the clip, the scruffy contestant of 'Idol' season 10 invites viewers to enjoy simple life by going out of the house and riding a bike, watching movie or having fun at a campfire.

AceShowbiz - Casey Abrams, the bearded contestant of "American Idol" season 10, has premiered his first music video in support of his second solo single called "Simple Life". Staying true to its title, the clip sees the Idyllwild-born singer enjoying his ordinary day by doing simple activities like sleeping in a tent, biking in a park, watching film with friends and having fun at a campfire.

The jazzy song itself simply tells a story about enjoying a simple life as Abrams sings, "Don't need no TV, I don't need no phone/ Don't need a speedy car to get me home/ Don't need no nothing all I need is time - for the simple life." He goes on, "Go get your butt out of that lazy couch/ put down the laptop and get out of the house/ Don't need no nothing all I need is time - for the simple life."

"Simple Life" is lifted off Abrams' first album "Casey Abrams" which was released in the U.S. on June 26. The breezy song is a follow-up to his debut single "Get Out". Abrams will next appear as a musical guest in the October 12 episode of "Saturday Night Live".
