Italy will be the next destination, but the Royal family is trying hard to prevent the publishing by reviewing 'all proportionate responses'.

AceShowbiz - Despite the Royal family's best effort to stop the publishing of Kate Middleton's topless photos, they begin to face defeat. An Irish tabloid published the photos on Saturday, September 15, taking copy from the pages of French magazine Closer which first ran the photos on Friday.
Dublin-based Irish Daily Star's editor Mike O'Kane told the BBC that the Irish did not view Middleton the same as the British. "She's not our future queen," he said. "The duchess would be no different to any other celeb pics we would get in, for example Rihanna or Lady GaGa."
The Royal family is now trying to prevent the photos from appearing on an Italian magazine called Chi. A spokeswoman for St. James's Palace said royal officials were reviewing "all proportionate responses" to Chi's planned publication. Publication of the photos will serve no purpose "other than to cause further, entirely unjustifiable upset to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who were enjoying time alone together in the privacy of a relative's home."
Middleton and her husband Prince William have launched a lawsuit against Closer. Chi planned to publish the blurry photos on Monday. Editor Alfonso Signorini said about the possibility of being sued as well, "Closer's position is different, they were the first ones to publish." Signorini agreed that the photos were not in anyway offensive. "I don't see anything morbid or damaging in them," he said. "Chi pays attention to respecting people's dignity. I don't think they hurt Kate's image."
