The 'All in the Family' actress is charged with OUI (operating under influence) after being pulled over by Maine police.

AceShowbiz - Sally Struthers sets the record straight on the swirling report that she was driving under influence in Maine. Through her rep, the 65-year-old actress, who's in town to play stage musical "9 to 5" at Ogunquit Playhouse, denies the DUI allegation.
"Sally is working and she is fine and she loves The Ogunquit Playhouse and her yearly time in Ogunquit," the representative for the "All in the Family" star says in a statement as quoted by PEOPLE. "We deny these charges."
Sally was pulled over by police when driving on Route 1 in Ogunquit, Maine at 12:20 A.M. Wednesday morning, September 13. She was taken into custody and was charged with OUI (operating under influence) before being released on $160 cash bail.
Her court date is scheduled for December. She will continue performing at the Ogunquit Playhouse until September 15.
