Jennifer Lawrence Gets a Ride From Hot Guy in New 'House at the End of the Street' Clip
Movie

Seeing Lawrence walking alone in the middle of the night, Max Thieriot gets her into his car, where the two share some awkward moments of silence.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lawrence's horror film "House at the End of the Street" has unveiled a new clip. Coming out via iVillage, the snippet focuses on Lawrence who walks alone in the night before a handsome guy offers her a ride. At first she refuses the offer, but as the rain suddenly falls hard, she finally agrees to get into the guy's car.

While in the car, the twosome shares some awkward moments since none of them starts a talk. Lawrence eventually breaks the silence by asking the guy, "Your parents got killed?" before quickly regretting it and saying that she should "shut up now." Fortunately, the guy isn't offended, "It's okay, you just say what you were thinking."

In "House at the End of the Street", Lawrence plays Elissa. The guy who gives Elissa a ride is called Ryan (Max Thieriot). Elissa and her mom Sarah find the house of their dreams in a small, upscale, rural town. But when startling and unexplainable events begin to happen, Sarah and Elissa learn the town is in the shadows of a chilling secret.

Years earlier, in the house next door, a daughter killed her parents in their beds, and disappeared - leaving only a brother, Ryan, as the sole survivor. Against Sarah's wishes, Elissa begins a relationship with the reclusive Ryan, and the closer they get, the deeper they're all pulled into a mystery more dangerous than they ever imagined.

The horror is directed by Mark Tonderai with Jonathan Mostow and David Loucka. It is scheduled to open in the U.S. on September 21.
